I bathed my computer in whipping cream for an hour. Well, only one inch of the left side of it, I’m not stupid! Anyway, it’s a long story, but we took it apart and cleaned it up and although it couldn’t see the disk for the first day, after that it booted quite happily. Disaster averted. Lessons learned.
