I was laid up with a foot injury, so I couldn&#8217;t take part as fully as I would have liked, but it was sure lovely to see everybody.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"straw\" src=\"http:\/\/donatedhouse.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/straw-1024x768.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lots of them got on with straw baling, getting within two bale courses of the top of the walls in the annex.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2609\" alt=\"more_straw\" src=\"http:\/\/donatedhouse.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/more_straw-1024x768.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/donatedhouse.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/more_straw-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/donatedhouse.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/more_straw-640x480.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And meanwhile, we slaked another day&#8217;s worth of lime, bringing us to about the halfway point in slaking.
